Mountain House Lodge is a stone, glass and steel clubhouse designed by SWABACK at the foot of the McDowell Mountains. A front desk that never closes, a concierge, a full fitness center, the Serenity Spa, two resort pools and Alterra, all for casita guests.
Front desk and concierge
The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so there's always someone to welcome a late arrival, sort a request or recommend dinner.
The concierge takes care of the rest: tee times, spa appointments, private dinners, airport cars, desert tours and anything you'd like waiting in the casita when you arrive.

Two outdoor pools and a hot tub, with loungers, cabanas and the mountains on the skyline. Order a drink from Alterra and stay until the fire pits are lit.
Cabanas are first come, first served.
Serenity Spa
The Lodge's spa is built around the desert: treatment rooms open straight onto it, so a massage comes with mountain air and total quiet. Choose from massages and body treatments after a round of golf or a day in town.

A large, fully equipped gym: cardio machines, free weights, strength machines and cable stations under a high timber ceiling, with windows onto the mountains. Open to casita guests.

The Lodge's restaurant and bar, a short walk from every casita. New American cooking and a full bar, with seats inside by the glass walls or out on the covered terrace facing the mountains.

Lobby bar and fire pits
A fireplace at the center of the lobby, a full bar, and a fire pit lounge outside under the palo verde trees for after dinner.
Lawn and gardens
A lawn that catches the last light, a stone terrace for morning coffee, and desert gardens planted with saguaro and ocotillo, with walking paths out into the preserve.
